Directed towards local GPs, nurses, allied health professionals and specialists, Western Sydney HealthPathways is a partnership initiative between WentWest, Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) and the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network (SCHN). HealthPathways offers western Sydney health professionals, locally relevant and clinically developed pathways for an extensive range of health conditions to support in the management of care and referral to services.

Healthy Western Sydney offers local and evidence-based information and resources on a diverse range of health conditions including: healthy living; men’s and women’s health; children's health; older person’s health; mental health and more.

An initiative of the federal government, My Health Record is a secure online summary of your health information. You can control what goes into it, and who is allowed to access it. You can choose to share your health information with your doctors, hospitals and other healthcare providers. A My Health Record will be created for every Australian who wants one after 31 January 2019. After then, you can permanently delete your record at any time. It’s your choice.
